Five years after the fi rst album and behind logged\u003cbr\u003edoors the Band worked on a proper sophomore album. Their\u003cbr\u003enew fulllengh is titled „Det Onda. Det Goda. Det Vackra. Det\u003cbr\u003eFula.“ (The bad. The good. The beautiful. The ugly) and drops a\u003cbr\u003emilestone in the bands history. The new recordings include eight\u003cbr\u003esongs of heartfelt music, that follow more heavy structures than it’s\u003cbr\u003epredecessor. Once again recorded at Tonmeisterei, the album sounds anything but stagnant despite the band’s long history. Quite the opposite: the songwriting has become more concise and focused, while their musical boundaries have been pushed even further. Riff walls flatten everything in their path before the songs drift into psychedelic passages or are swept away by eruptive black\/death metal assaults. Particularly effective are the long, stoic grooves that burrow almost hypnotically into your skull.
