By definition, a nightmare will haunt you, will crush every last one of your thoughts and will eventually make you want to vanish into eternal darkness. This is exactly the feeling that NIGHTMARER spawns with their debut EP. „Chasm“ features two songs that burst of infernal dissonance, of rupturing tension, of swallowing darkness. With this outcast bastard of black, death and extreme metal, NIGHTMARER overcomes the heavy burden of their members’ previous bands. NIGHTMARER consists of Paul Seidel (THE OCEAN, WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH), Simon Hawemann (WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH) and John Collett (GIGAN, SWWAATS). „Chasm“ will be released on coloured, one-sided 10 inch vinyl with an exclusive (reversed) etching on the B-side. The cover is black and white and comes with a mammoth die-cut NIGHTMARER logo.
